How do I get proper chapters?+
Use Word's built-in heading styles (Heading 1, Heading 2) for chapter and section titles. Pandoc turns those styles into the book's structure and navigation.
What title will the book have?+
When the document has a title in its properties, that becomes the book title. Otherwise the book is titled Document, which you can change in any EPUB editor.
