What sizes can I target?+
Any size in KB — use the presets (20/50/100/200/500 KB, 1 MB) for common form limits, or type your own. Forms, exams and upload fields often cap images at a specific KB; this gets you under it in one click.
Is my image uploaded anywhere?+
No. This runs entirely in your browser using your device's own processor — your image never leaves your computer or phone. That's as private as it gets.
What if it can't reach the target?+
For very large or detailed images we gently reduce the dimensions too. If it still can't fit while staying usable, we give you the smallest version and tell you — never a broken file.
Which formats work?+
JPG, PNG and WebP. The result is a JPG (or WebP) since those compress to a precise size; for a transparent PNG, pick a slightly higher target.
