Common questions
Is my image uploaded?+
For JPG, PNG and WebP, no. The rotate/flip happens entirely in your browser, so the image never leaves your device. (Unusual formats are processed privately on our engine and deleted after 1 hour.)
Will it lose quality?+
Rotating by 90°, 180° or 270° and flipping only move pixels, so nothing is resampled. An opaque PNG comes back pixel for pixel; in a PNG with transparency, partly see-through pixels can shift by a fraction of a shade. A JPG or WebP is saved again by your browser at 92% quality, which is visually very close to the original but not an exact copy, and repeated edits add up.
Can I fix a sideways phone photo?+
Yes. Rotate it left or right until it's upright, then download. The orientation is baked into the file so it shows correctly everywhere.
