Compress Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
Heavy .docx, .pptx or .xlsx file? It's almost always the embedded images. We re-compress them and hand back the same file — same format, same text, tables and layout — just smaller. No watermark, no signup.

How it works
- 01
Add your document
Drop in a Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx) or Excel (.xlsx) file, or click to browse. It's uploaded privately over TLS and deleted within an hour.
- 02
We shrink the images
Most of a heavy Office file is over-sized embedded images. We re-encode each one — keeping your text, tables, formulas and layout exactly as they were.
- 03
Download it
Get the smaller file back in the same format, ready to email or upload. Never bigger than your original.

Common questions
Why is my Word/PowerPoint/Excel file so big?+
Almost always because of embedded images — pasted screenshots, phone photos and logos stored at full resolution and quality. A single screenshot can add several megabytes. We re-compress those images while leaving everything else untouched.
Will it change my text, tables or formulas?+
No. We only re-encode the embedded images inside the file. Your text, fonts, tables, charts, formulas, slides and layout are kept byte-for-byte — we never run it through a converter.
Which formats are supported?+
Modern Office formats: Word .docx/.docm, PowerPoint .pptx/.pptm and Excel .xlsx/.xlsm. The file comes back in the same format you put in.
How much smaller will it get?+
It depends entirely on the images inside. Image-heavy documents often drop 40–70%; a text-only file with no photos is already lean, so we'll tell you and hand back your original untouched rather than a bigger file.
Is it private?+
Your file is uploaded over an encrypted connection, compressed on our server and both the upload and the result are deleted within an hour. No account, no watermark.
Is there a size limit or watermark?+
No watermark and no signup. Large presentations and image-heavy reports are exactly what this is built for.
