Why 10 MB?+
10 MB is a common attachment and upload limit on business email, court and tender portals and learning platforms. Big scanned reports and photo-heavy brochures often go over it.
How much quality is lost?+
As little as possible. We try the highest image resolution first and only step down until the file fits, so a PDF that is just over 10 MB keeps nearly all of its detail.
Will my text stay readable?+
Yes. Only embedded images are downsampled. Real text and vector graphics are kept as they are.
Is my PDF private?+
