Preview and share artwork

A JPG is the easiest way to show a client a logo, add artwork to a document or post it online. Nobody needs design software to open it.

How it is rendered

Ghostscript interprets the EPS, crops to its bounding box and renders at 200 DPI, so text and edges stay smooth at normal viewing size.

Keep the vector original

The JPG is a fixed-size picture. Keep the EPS, or convert it to SVG or PDF, for anything that needs to scale.

How it works

EPS to JPG (rasterising)

EPS is vector artwork; JPG is a pixel image. We render it at a sensible resolution, which fixes how sharp it stays when scaled up later. Pick a generous size if you'll enlarge it: pixels can't be added back afterwards.

Common questions

Is it free?+

Yes. Convert EPS to JPG free. No signup and no watermark. Free covers 10 server conversions a day, up to 100 MB a file. Pro removes the daily limit and raises the file limit to 2 GB.

Is my file private?+

Your file is uploaded to a private bucket, converted on our own engine, and auto-deleted after 1 hour. It is never sent to a third-party converter.

Why is the background white?+

JPG cannot store transparency, so the artwork is drawn onto white. For a transparent background, use EPS to PNG.

Can I print the JPG?+

At 200 DPI it prints well at roughly the artwork's own size. For large-format print, give the printer the EPS or convert EPS to PDF, which stays vector.
