Compare PDF. Privately.
Put two versions side by side and see every word that changed and every page that looks different. It happens in your browser, so neither document is uploaded.

Common questions
Are my files uploaded?+
No. Both PDFs are read and drawn by a PDF engine running in your browser, so a contract, a statement or a draft never leaves your device. Once the page has loaded, comparing makes no network request at all.
What does it compare?+
Two things. The text, word by word, so you see each word that was removed or added and the page it is on. And the look of every page, pixel by pixel, so a changed image, signature, stamp or layout shows up even when the words are the same.
When does it say there are no differences?+
Only when both checks agree: every word matches and every page renders to the same image at the same size. If either check finds something, we show it.
Does it work on scanned PDFs?+
The visual check does, because it compares how each page looks. A scan has no real text, so the word comparison has nothing to read; run OCR first if you need a word by word comparison of a scan.
What about password-protected PDFs?+
Unlock them first with Unlock PDF, then compare. We tell you which file is locked rather than failing silently.
Is there a limit?+
Free, unlimited use, no signup or watermark. The words are compared on every page; the look of each page is checked for the first 200 pages.
