We fit the 25 MB email limit

We target 25 MB — Gmail and Outlook's attachment cap — picking the bitrate that lands your clip just under it while keeping it watchable.

Common questions

What's the email attachment limit?+

Gmail and Outlook both cap attachments at 25 MB. Yahoo Mail allows the same. We compress your video to land just under 25 MB so it sends as a normal attachment instead of forcing a Drive or OneDrive link.

Will my video still look good?+

For short clips it stays sharp — we tune the bitrate to the length so 25 MB goes as far as it can. Longer videos have to share that budget across more footage, so trimming the best moment first helps a lot.

Is my video private?+

It's uploaded over an encrypted connection, compressed on our server, and both the upload and the result are deleted within an hour. No account, no watermark.

What if my email provider has a smaller limit?+

Some corporate mail servers cap attachments at 10 MB or 20 MB. Use our 10 MB or 20 MB target pages if you need to hit a tighter limit.

Which formats work?+

MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, AVI and most common video files. We hand back an MP4 — the format every email client can play inline.
