How much smaller will my JPG get?+

Photos and phone images often shrink 40-80%, especially when they carry camera/EXIF metadata. If a JPG is already optimized, we tell you and hand back the original untouched, never a bigger file.

Does it stay a JPG?+

Yes. A JPG stays a JPG. We just re-encode it smaller. To switch format (e.g. JPG → WebP), use our converters instead.

Will it ruin the quality?+

We use a balanced quality target that stays visually clean for the web and sharing, and we strip metadata rather than throwing away picture detail.

Is my image private?+

Yes. Uploaded over an encrypted connection to our private storage (Supabase, named in our privacy policy), compressed on our own server, never by an outside conversion service, and deleted after 1 hour.

Is there a limit?+

No watermark and no signup. Free covers 10 server conversions a day, up to 100 MB a file. Pro removes the daily limit and raises the file limit to 2 GB.
